Corbin Treacy’s Scholarly Presentations Part 4

Over the course of Corbin Treacy’s career, he has acquired a wealth of knowledge about how texts are produced, promoted, circulated, received, taught, reviewed, praised, and discussed. His research focus on the material processes of cultural production has provided Corbin with a keen understanding of how texts enter the world and how they are understood.

His academic research has prompted Corbin Treacy to be invited to deliver a wide range of presentations about various topics during his career as a researcher, translator, copy editor, reviewer, and scholar. Here is the fourth and last portion of Corbin’s academic presentations.

In 2009, he gave a presentation on “Arrested Nomadism: French Captivity in the Age of Empire” at the Midwest Modern Language Association in St. Louis, Missouri.

In 2009, Corbin Treacy presented, “Getting Made: Transformation and Transgression in Nouri Bouzid’s Making Of” for the Middle Eastern and North African Studies Association at University of Arizona.
